Hydrating, Dewy Makeup ft. Stormy Eyes

Hello and a warm welcome back to my blog. Today’s topic, makeup! I have created a hydrating and dewy makeup look, using the all natural, toxic free makeup; Kylie’s Professional.

I am very excited to share this makeup look with you. It features Kylie’s Mineral Goddess loose eyeshadow ‘Storm' to welcome my new-born son Stormy. This hydrating and dewy makeup look is perfect for the dryer winter months or if you are after that ‘glowy’ finish. It is easy to wear everyday or out for lunch or dinner!

Here is a checklist and brief description of the products I used to create this look;

*Don't forget to prep your skin prior to makeup application. This will help you achieve a more hydrated, nourished, even and beautiful finish. I use the Goddessey Skin Nutrition 3-step skincare trio.

BASE:

MG Foundation primer; massage evenly onto face. MG Concealer ‘Soft’; using ring finger press under and around eyes.

MG Loose foundation ‘Aphrodite’ mixed with Goddessey ‘Beauty Serum’; mix together and massage and press into skin. Then apply a light dust of loose powder to set with dense kabuki #1 brush. MG Pressed foundation ‘Bronze’; to contour areas you want depth with angle/contour #4 brush

MG Cheek and Lip cream ‘Peachy’ for blush and lip colour

MG Loose eyeshadow ‘Dream’ as highlighter on cheek and brow bones with finger.

BROWS & EYES MG Loose eyeshadow ‘Stone’; feather on brows naturally with thin angle brow definer #13 brush. MG Loose eyeshadow ‘Pearl’ as a wash on the inner eyelids with precision eyeshadow #11 brush and ‘Storm’ in crease and outer eye socket with large dome crease #10 brush. Blend eyes with large shadow fluff #8 brush. MG Eye Pencil ‘Night’; as eyeliner on top bottom lash line and set with ‘Stone’ and short shadow #16 brush. MG mascara ‘Black’; on top and bottom lashes

LIPS & FINISH MG Creamy Lipgloss ‘Clarity’ over ‘Peachy’; for a glossy finish MG Setting Powder ‘Xtra Matt’; in my T zone (across forehead and down nose and chin) with Kabuki #1 or powder #2 brush.
